Gypsophila also known as Baby’s breath plants are perennial plants originally native to Europe. It got its name because it was widely used as a special gift during baby showers. Gypsophila are heat, drought and soil tolerant, but flourishes well in gypsum rich soils.

These bloom early summer and last until fall season. When fully matured these grow up to 24-30 inches tall. Gypsophila are covered with five petals which are generally white or pink in colour and last for several weeks.
